Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for returned items.
We offer store credit or limited exchanges for pieces that are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery.

- If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend reviewing our size guide or contacting us prior to purchase.
- All sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes, and custom pieces are final sale.
Returns & Refunds — Manufacturing defects only
Refunds are offered exclusively in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
To request a review, customers are kindly asked to:
– Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery
– Provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (showing the sealed package, shipping label, and full inspection without cuts), or detailed supporting images. We won’t resolve cases without an unboxing video or made after the allowed time.
Once the concern has been verified:
– The item will need to be returned to us for inspection
– A full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be issued after the item has been received and reviewed
- We will cover related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are only available in Vietnam
• Exchanges are accepted for size or color (subject to availability).
Payment Disputes
- By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
– In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide supporting documentation, including packing records, shipment and delivery confirmations, inspection records, and relevant customer communications.
– We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and with care.
